How to manage tasks

Add, edit and delete tasks from Tasks. Once a task has been added to your account, you can assign it to any case.

Adding Tasks

    Go to Tasks > Add Task

    Name the task.

    Give it some description.

    Unless you specify an assignee, it will be assigned to you

    You can assign the task to a Project

    The priority as Medium by default

    You can also specify a Due Date to be reminded and appear on the Calendar

Editing and Deleting Tasks

You can edit task under Tasks, clicking on the cog and selecting Edit to make changes or Delete to remove a task.
