How to manage clients

Add, edit and delete clients from Clients.

Adding Clients

    Go to Clients > Add Client

    ↵⇥

    Add your client's First name, Last name, Email and Phone number

  4. ↵⇥
  5. ↵⇥

    You can give your clients access to the portal so they can access their documents, send messages and get updates on the case status

    You can include an optional welcome message to be included in their invitation email

    Click Add Client

Editing and Deleting Clients

You can edit client under Clients, clicking on the cog and selecting Edit to make changes or Delete to remove a client.
