How to manage the calendar

Add, edit and delete events from Calendar.

Adding Events

    Go to Calendar > Add Event

    Name the event or meeting 

    ↵⇥

  5. ↵⇥

    You can choose if an event should show up only on your personal Calendar or on the Firm's  

    ↵⇥

    Pick a start and end date/time. If it's an all day event, check the box and it will block your entire day

    You can assign this event to a Case

    You're also able to add Invitees to the event. They will be notified once the event is created and it will appear on their calendar

    Provide some description (optional) such as the agenda, location, telepresence and etc.

Editing and Deleting Events

You can edit task under Calendar, clicking on the cog and selecting Edit to make changes or Delete to remove a case. You can toggle the list of your events by clicking the "List" icon from the upper right corner of the calendar overview
